The Arts and Crafts design of this lovely home on the Kentucky River was carried throughout the interior of the house right down to the rugs and light fixtures. Quarter sawn white oak and cherry were the primary woods, as they were in the arts & crafts original design, and building to a classic design theme was lots of fun and challenging. The work encompassed the kitchen, dining room, living room, library, bathrooms and dressing areas to name only a few. The stone work was done by the owner who owns a masonry company. This job yielded an AWI Award of Excellence.
