Vision Statement

To be the go-to architectural millwork firm in the region for general contractors, business owners, developers and homeowners.

Mission Statement

Our goal is to profitably provide very high quality architectural millwork for a competitive price, so that our employees and their families will have a secure job, an opportunity to prosper, adequate health care and a bright future.

Leininger Cabinet & Woodworking was started in 1950 when Robert (Bob) Leininger graduated from the School for American Craftsmen at Rochester Institute of Technology where his designs helped define that “50’s modern style” of furniture.

Beginning in his father’s basement and later garage, Bob, along with his two younger brothers forged a fledgling business that soon gained recognition and began to grow. Soon Bob’s sons John and Jim joined him and the boys took the business to its present size. Bob gained a reputation for quality that continues on today as the company focuses on constant improvement through technology and proven management techniques.
